How does it work?
Guest Arriving
As each guest arrives at your event — I briefly introduce myself & take a quick reference photo of their outfit and look. No posing needed, just a relaxed snapshot in the moment.
Enjoying the Celebration
After the photo, guests are free to fully enjoy the event while I get to work behind the scenes. There’s no waiting or standing in line, which keeps the experience smooth and enjoyable.
Illustrating the Portraits
Using the photo as a reference, I hand-paint a custom fashion portrait for each guest. Each illustration takes up 10 to 13 minutes, blending style, personality, and artistic flair into a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

How are the live illustrations made?
As guests arrive, I take a quick reference photo — no posing needed. While they enjoy the event, I create hand-painted fashion portraits behind the scenes (about 7–10 min per person). Guests don’t need to wait in line, and finished portraits can be picked up during the event or collected from a display table at the end.
What’s included in the service?
● Professional art materials( watercolor or marker A5 paper size, ideal for framing)● Elegant envelopes for presenting each portrait● Custom header on each illustration with the couple’s names, initials, or wedding date● A complimentary 40-minute session to photograph guests who’d like a portrait, so I can begin illustrating right away
How long can I have a live illustrator at my event?
It all depends on the number of guests at your wedding or event.
The minimum booking is 3 hours, but for weddings, 7–8 hours is ideal — this allows me to illustrate as many guests as possible.What if I want every guest drawn, but there isn’t enough time?
If the number of guests who want portraits exceeds the booked hours, I can complete the remaining illustrations at home. The rate for additional portraits is $10 per illustration.
What do I need to do to secure the date?
Fill out the form on my website and share all your wishes — I’ll get in touch shortly to confirm the details. To secure your date, a deposit of 50% (or the travel fee) is required.
Please note: bookings are not considered confirmed without a deposit.
If you decide to cancel your booking, I refund 70% of the amount paid. The remaining 30% is retained to cover tax and administrative costs.How are the finished portraits packaged or handed to guests?
Guests can collect their portraits toward the end of the wedding, or I can personally hand them out after finishing my work.
Illustrations are presented in standard envelopes so guests can easily take them home, it`s already included in the price.
As an optional upgrade, I offer kraft envelopes with a hand-poured wax seal. You can choose the color and design to match your style. Each wax-sealed envelope is an additional $5 per portrait.Are there any additional travel fees?
Travel fees vary depending on the location. For weddings in Calgary, only round-trip taxi or transportation costs apply. For events in other cities, provinces, or countries, travel arrangements and accommodation need to be discussed separately.
